    Job Title : Solar Field Sales Executive

    Experience Required : 1 to 3 years

    CTC: 3,00,000 to 4,00,000

    Notice Period: Up to 30 Days

    Job Description

    Primary -

    Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling

    prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

    Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners

    Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;

    recommending and up-selling solutions

    Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and

    guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.

    Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

    Shared Across Functionally -

    Enabling on-ground marketing events

    Building and maintaining a CRM database

    Participating in sales team meetings

    Travel Frequency -

    Travel as required

    Stretch on need basis

    Must Have

    • The candidate should be from an outbound sales background.
    • Should have expertise in field sales.
    • Candidate should be comfortable with physical activity such as climbing (no elevators) to rooftops of buildings, taking measurements of the site, and making accurate records consistently regardless of weather conditions.
    • The candidate should be ready to go in open areas because the summers will be hot and the outbound role transacts and interacts mostly in open terraces and sites.
    • Candidate should have knowledge about solar or renewable or nonrenewable energies, and a passion to learn about such domains.
    • Candidate should have excellent English communication.

    Educational Background:-

    1. Basic Background in science (PCMC) (Higher Secondary/ High School) 60% at least.

    2. Diploma/ B.E/ B-Tech. Any branch 60 %.

    3. M. Tech (CS)
