JobDescription:We are seeking anexperienced Accountant with a strong background in complianceparticularly in areas such as GST TDS PF PT and Income Tax. Theideal candidate will have prior experience working in a SAAS(Software as a Service) company and a preferred background from anCA firm. This role requires a deep understanding of financialregulations and the ability to ensure adherence to compliancerequirements.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.ComplianceManagement:

• Overseeand ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST TDSPF PT and Income Tax.
• Stay updated on changesin tax laws and regulations and implement necessaryadjustments.
• Prepare and file accurate andtimely compliancereports.

2. FinancialReporting:

• Assist inthe preparation of financial statements ensuring accuracy andadherence to accounting standards.
• Collaboratewith internal teams to gather financial data for reportingpurposes.

3. AuditCoordination:

• Coordinateand liaise with internal and external auditors duringaudits.
• Provide necessary documentation andsupport to facilitate smooth auditprocesses.

4.Documentation andRecordKeeping:

• Maintainorganized and uptodate records related to compliance and financialtransactions.
• Ensure that all financialdocuments are prepared and filedaccurately.

5.ProcessImprovement:

• Identifyopportunities for process improvements in compliancerelatedworkflows.
• Implement best practices to enhanceefficiency in complianceprocesses.

Requirements:

• Provenexperience as a Accountant with a focus on compliance in a SAAScompany.
• Indepth knowledge of GST TDS PF PT andIncome Tax regulations.
• Experience in handlingcompliancerelated activities within an audit firm ispreferred.
• Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
• Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
• Proficient in accountingsoftware and MicrosoftExcel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a relatedfield.
• Preferred professional certificationsuch as CA or equivalent.
• Prior experience in aSAAS company and a background in an CAfirm.
