**Job Title: Photo Editor**

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the visual appeal of property photographs through image enhancement and retouching
• Edit and retouch interior and exterior property photographs using professional editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and others
• Maintain authenticity and accuracy while enhancing visual appeal

Project Management:

• Organize and manage high volumes of photo editing tasks with efficiency
• Meet strict deadlines while upholding consistently high quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with the Project Manager to understand specific requirements and project objectives

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Understand and apply fundamental photography principles, including lighting, composition, and camera techniques
• Experience with HDR processing and advanced photo manipulation techniques

Experience & Portfolio:

• Proven experience in real estate photo editing with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality real estate photography work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in photography or visual arts with relevant skills and knowledge
• Experience with batch processing and workflow automation for increased productivity
• Familiarity with virtual staging and 3D rendering software for enhanced visuals
