    Responsibilities:

    Embedded Software Development

    Develop embedded software test procedures, scripts, and documents for medical devices and review test artifacts for compliance with Stryker quality standards.

    Software and System Requirements

    Understand software and system requirements, help with their review, and document test procedures and test forms.

    Collaboration and Teamwork

    Work with multi-disciplinary teams in software verification and validation testing, create software verification plans, and collaborate with other Stryker divisions and third parties to review software test procedures.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of industry experience in embedded software development and testing
    • Prior knowledge and experience in C, C++, Python, LabView, and related tools
    • Experience in software unit testing, integration testing, system testing, static and dynamic analysis, code reviews, requirement tracing, and documentation for medical devices or regulated industries
    • Well-versed with product and software development lifecycle, microcontroller programming, and electro-mechanical systems troubleshooting
    • Ability to understand datasheets, schematics, and work with hardware analysis tools like oscilloscopes, function generators, DMM, logic analyzers, and revision control tools like Perforce, GitHub, Bitbucket
    • Preferred experience with WiFi connectivity, UART, SPI, I2C, and distributed development activities
    • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and documentation skills
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related software development field

    Travel Percentage: 10%
