Description
1. **ProjectManagement:** Oversee the daytoday operations of the skilldevelopment project including planning implementation andevaluation.2.**Stakeholder Coordination:** Liaise with government agenciestraining providers employers and other stakeholders to ensureeffective collaboration andcommunication.
3.**Resource Allocation:** Manage project resources efficientlyincluding budgeting procurement and allocation ofpersonnel.
4.**Monitoring and Evaluation:** Develop and implement monitoring andevaluation mechanisms to track project progress andoutcomes.
5.**Quality Assurance:** Ensure that project activities meet qualitystandards and compliance requirements set by the government andrelevant regulatorybodies.
6.**Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on project status milestonesachieved challenges encountered and lessons learned for internaland externalstakeholders.
7.**Capacity Building:** Identify training needs among project staffand partners and organize capacitybuilding activities asnecessary.
8.**Documentation:** Maintain accurate and uptodate projectdocumentation including contracts reports andcorrespondence.
Requirements
