Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of successfully filling a high volume of positions within tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, applicant tracking systems)
• Experience with both IT and non-IT recruiting
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively
• Client relations skills to understand clients' hiring needs and provide appropriate solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
