- 4 to 6 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully filling a high volume of positions within tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, applicant tracking systems)
- Experience with both IT and non-IT recruiting
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively
- Client relations skills to understand clients' hiring needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
