- Act as the IT Project Manager for End-to-End Procurement, serving as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Develop and manage project timelines in collaboration with Project Leads, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage dependencies among various changes, incorporating them into project planning.
- Ensure business acceptance of delivered solutions and outcomes.
- Maintain high standards for change request documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer from SAP to operational teams, ensuring a smooth transition to stable operations.
- A minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience as an IT professional, with a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Project and Service Management, with knowledge of ITIL and Operations Management.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) Procurement Processes, including source-to-contract and requisition-to-order.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or S4 HANA Central Procurement is essential.
- Experience with SAP MM (ECC or S4) is a plus.
- Strong skills in Stakeholder Management are required.

IT Procurement Project Manager
Overview of the Position
As an IT Procurement Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of our digital initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the effective deployment and operationalization of digital solutions, particularly focusing on the SAP End-to-End (E2E) Ariba implementation project. You will engage with global business stakeholders to manage change requests and enhancements related to procurement processes within the SAP E2E Ariba framework. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT development and middleware teams to address emerging requirements. Your role will also involve planning and coordinating application testing, participating in relevant meetings to stay updated on ongoing projects, and building relationships with stakeholders to prepare for future global opportunities within Siemens Energy.
