    About the Role:

    As a Content Generalist at Popular Foods, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand's voice and storytelling across multiple marketing channels. Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling content that resonates with our audience, strengthens brand awareness, and drives engagement and conversions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Content Creation:
    2. Develop engaging and relevant content for both online and offline channels, including website copy, blog posts, product descriptions, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
    3. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all content touchpoints, aligning with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
    4. Content Strategy:
    5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation goals.
    6. Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and content opportunities, informing content strategy and planning.
    7. Social Media Content:
    8. Create compelling social media content, including captions, hashtags, and visual assets, to drive engagement and growth on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    9. Develop content calendars and schedules to maintain a consistent presence on social media channels, optimizing content for each platform and audience.
    10. Email Marketing:
    11. Write persuasive and informative email copy for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows, driving customer engagement and conversions.
    12. Segment email lists and personalize content to deliver targeted messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness.
    13. SEO Content Optimization:
    14. Optimize website content and blog posts for search engines (SEO), incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and headers to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
    15. Collaboration:
    16. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, sales, and product development to ensure content aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
    17. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify content reach and engagement through partnerships and collaborations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a content creator or content marketer, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing samples and content campaigns.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of SEO principles.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
