    Job Summary:

    With the next big leap in this space, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

    In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

    As a Certified Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment, empowering the team to achieve their goals.

    Process Management

    • Working closely with teams in identifying opportunities and driving efficiencies (process improvement initiatives) via Agile ceremonies and artifacts
    • Share and implement the industry best practices via lean, sig sigma
    • Driving strong documentation across complete life cycle Project Management
    • Work cross-functionally with product owners to create and maintain the high-quality product backlogs
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.
    • Facilitate scrum events such as sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
    • Timely flagging of issues to managementProject Management

    • Follow a KPI-based project status and health assessment approach to report
    • Set up the cadence for reporting and monitoring the project progress People Management
    • Coaching the team towards self-reliance, including coaching team members around conducting agile events, scheduling grooming sessions and challenging the team to solve problems.
    • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3-years of experience in the current role as a Scrum Manager leading a 1-2 scrum teams of 8-9 members.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a product company
    • Good communications and proactive player on understanding requirements and providing effective solutions.
    • High Proficiency in Agile project management tools
    • Scrum certification is a plus
