Fawwnity, a leading direct-to-consumer skincare brand, is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for skincare, strong social media skills, and the ability to engage and grow our online community. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing various social media platforms, community engagement, customer support, and contributing to the overall brand strategy.

Location: Bangalore, In-office-role.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
Google and Meta Ads
• Have at least one year of experience with Google and Meta ads
• Can run ads and monitor its performance
Community Engagement:
• Foster a sense of community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement.
Customer Support:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns across social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Content Creation:
• Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
• Generate ideas for contests, challenges, and user-generated content to boost engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for future strategies.
Influencer Management:
• Identify, manage, and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers in the skincare and beauty industry.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
