    Nestasia is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will identify new partnership opportunities, develop relationships with prominent influencers, and brainstorm creative and engaging content ideas for influencer campaigns targeting different social media platforms.

    Nestasia aims to provide a very wide assortment of new and unique products to customers at affordable prices. The Influencer Marketing Manager has to monitor and manage brand value, processes and experience in the assigned space.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Overseeing the development and implementation of all influencer campaigns from ideation to execution
    • Over the course of a campaign, ensuring

    -Outreach messages to recruit influencer partners

    -Support emails to answer questions from influencers

    -Reminders so that influencers meet the campaigns deadlines

    -Follow up emails thanking the influencer for their participating and letting them know next steps

    • Set up and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the campaign's success
    • Serve as a liaison between our brand ambassadors/influencers and the marketing team
    • Identify new opportunities for collaborating with established influencers and come up with innovative ways to approach influencer campaigns
    • Cultivate professional partnerships with existing contacts
    • Work with the marketing and design team to post influencer content on social media platforms
    • Research market data and trends to establish best practices related to influencer campaigns
    • Generate and present reports on campaign performance
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and in the influencer community to provide recommendations for future campaigns
    • Annual budget tracking and planning, processing of invoices
    • Reporting to the manager of daily operations with reports, analysis and measurement of campaigns and drafting post campaign report.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Post Graduate in the relevant field from a B-School or Top MBA Institution
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Should have attention to details
    • Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
    • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/ external agencies including creative
    • Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation
    • Strong creative sensibilities
    • High ownership and passion
    • Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines
    • Prior experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns
    • Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends
    • Proven experience in using social media platforms as marketing channels
