    As a part of our International HR Services team, you will support international resourcing analytics, policy, and process improvements for Orange Business, with the focus to improve resourcing effectiveness, increase its efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also provide assistance with various HR programs and initiatives for International HR Services.

    1) Recruitment data analysis and reporting

    • Talent Acquisition (TA) performance analysis: report and monitor recruitment metrics on a regular basis, evaluate performance of our regional TA teams against team and individual objectives.
    • Quarterly/semi-annual recruitment KPI achievements: Analyze recruitment data to identify progress against targets, i.e. internal/external recruitment trend, time to fill, digital closures, recruitment costs.
    • Market intelligence: Pulse on new trends, market research

    2) Design, review and update global resourcing documents

    (e.g., policies, guidelines, process) to ensure content consistency across International

    3) Management of recruitment surveys

    • Design and conduct recruitment surveys for hiring managers and candidates
    • Generate insights and propose the necessary improvements

    4) International projects and programs support

    • Facilitate V.I.E. program for Orange Business International, acting as central point of contact to Group Mobility team, managers, and HR
    • Participate in global resourcing projects, initiatives & campaigns and help on various tasks on a day-to-day basis

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources/ Economics/ Business Administration
    • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in HR, preferably in HR recruitment operations/Talent Acquisition
    • Experience in researching, tracking, analyzing, and interpreting HR data
    • Experience working with Talent Solutions (Recruiter Tool or Talent Insights)
    • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and/or HR tools
    • Strong analytical thinking and ability to summarize data/findings
    • Well organized with great attention to detail and data accuracy
    • Ability to establish relationships of collaboration and cooperation
    • Foster diversity, inclusion and a cross-cultural mindset
    • Effective communication and presentation skills
    • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
