    Qualification & Experience

    Any Graduate / MBA with 7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales – Residential & Commercial, with a fast-track route to Project Sales Head within 1 year with Industry-leading compensation & benefits.

    Must Haves

    Very good communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi;

    Be a leader who can align the team's culture with the company's mission;

    Have strong networking & relationship management skills;

    Be a self-starter, eager to work hard to grow at break-neck speed with the company;

    Enjoy meeting and interacting with new people; and

    Be a team player, a good listener and have an enterprising mindset to come up with creative ideas and solutions for complex sales and marketing problems.

    Responsibilities

    In the first 3 months, take care of the end-to-end sales process and build Sales SOPs;

    End-to-end sales process includes lead generation, getting people to visit the project sites, following up with leads on a regular basis, compressing the sales cycle to close leads and managing relationships with customers post closure of the sales.

    Take care of the on-field marketing efforts wrt identifying the best places to put up banners and hoardings and execute the same;

    Once the candidate has understood the sales cycle and set the SOPs, the candidate will be expected to expand the team under him, impart training to his team and work hands-on to deliver results;

    Coordinate with the Project Managers to understand the cashflow requirements on a month-to-month and quarterly basis; and

    Work closely with the founder & management team to develop and execute the Sales & Marketing strategies and Sales Velocity.

    Work Days

    6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday working with a weekly off of candidate's choice)

    Compensation & Benefits

    Fixed (Excl. applicable deductions): Up to Rs. 60,000 per month for the right candidate.

    Variable: 0.30% of the Agreement Sales Value upon achieving a realistic monthly sales target.

    Other benefits: Health & Accidental Life Insurance; and Annual Bonus for exceptional performance.
