    Overview

    The SAP PS(Project System) role is crucial to our organization as it involvesthe effective management and implementation of SAP PS modules tosupport project planning execution and controlling. This positionplays a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on timewithin budget and with high qualitydeliverables.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Collaborate withproject stakeholders to gather and analyze businessrequirements
    • Design configure and implement SAPPS modules
    • Execute integration activities withother SAP modules
    • Provide enduser supporttraining and documentation
    • Participate insystem testing and debugging activities
    • Createand maintain project plans schedules andbudgets
    • Monitor and report project progress andperformance
    • Lead and support change managementand continuous improvementinitiatives
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams for successful project delivery
    • Ensurecompliance with project management methodologies and bestpractices
    • Contribute to system upgradesenhancements and newimplementations
    • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PSrelated issues
    • Participate in workshopsmeetings and knowledge sharingactivities
    • Support the development of trainingmaterials and user guides
    • Proactively identifyand address project risks andissues

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
    • 5 years of experience in SAP PSimplementation and support
    • Strong expertise inproject management principles andmethodologies
    • Indepth knowledge of SAP PSconfiguration and customization
    • Provenexperience in endtoend project lifecyclemanagement
    • Excellent understanding ofintegration with other SAP modules
    • Proficiencyin system testing debugging andtroubleshooting
    • Ability to create comprehensiveproject documentation and reports
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
    • Effectivecommunication and interpersonalabilities
    • Certification in SAP PS or ProjectManagement is a plus
    • Ability to workindependently and in a teamenvironment
    • Experience in Agile and Waterfallproject methodologies
    • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANAis desirable
    • Proactive and adaptable approachto change and challenges
