    Responsibilities:

    1. ProcurementStrategy: Develop and implement procurement strategiestailored to the fabrication industry ensuring timely andcosteffective sourcing of materials while maintaining qualitystandards.
    2. SupplierManagement: Identify assess and onboard suppliers/vendorswithin the fabrication sector focusing on quality reliability andcosteffectiveness. Foster and maintain strong relationships toensure a stable supplychain.
    3. Negotiation:Conduct negotiations with suppliers/vendors to secure favorableterms pricing and contractual agreements aligned with budgetaryconstraints and qualityexpectations.
    4. PurchaseOrders: Generate review and process purchase ordersaccurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with procurementpolicies and fabricationspecifications.
    5. InventoryManagement: Collaborate with inventory management teamsto optimize stock levels minimize stock outs and reduce holdingcosts while meeting fabrication productionschedules.
    6. QualityAssurance: Coordinate with quality assurance teams toensure that procured materials meet rigorous quality standards andfabricationspecifications.
    7. MarketResearch: Stay informed about market trends suppliercapabilities and emerging technologies within the fabricationindustry to identify costsaving opportunities and alternativesuppliers.
    8. Documentationand Reporting: Maintain comprehensive procurement recordsincluding contracts purchase orders invoices and correspondence.Generate reports on procurement activities vendor performance andcostsavinginitiatives.

    Requirements

    QualificationsandExperience:

    • AnyGraduate Diploma or B.E. inMechanical.
    • Proven workexperience in the Fabrication Industry is amust.
    • For PurchaseOfficer (25years):
      • Proven experienceof 25 years in procurement within the fabrication industrydemonstrating familiarity with fabricationspecific materials andprocesses.
      • Strong negotiation andcommunicationskills.
    • ForPurchase Executive (57years):
      • Demonstrabletrack record of 57 years in procurement roles within thefabrication industry with expertise in supplier management andprocurement strategies.
      • Proficiencyin procurement software andtools.
      • Strong analytical andproblemsolvingskills.

    ExperienceLevels:

    • PurchaseOfficer (25 Years): Candidates in this range should havea solid understanding of procurement processes within thefabrication industry with 25 years of relevantexperience.
    • PurchaseExecutive (57 Years): Candidates in this range shoulddemonstrate advanced expertise in procurement strategies suppliermanagement and negotiation within the fabrication sector with 57years of proven experience in procurementroles.

For PurchaseExecutive (2-5 years): Proven experience of 2-5 years inprocurement within the fabrication industry, demonstratingfamiliarity with fabrication-specific materials and processes.Strong negotiation and communication skills. For Purchase Officer(5-7 years): Demonstrable track record of 5-7 years in procurementroles within the fabrication industry, with expertise in suppliermanagement and procurement strategies. Proficiency in procurementsoftware and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience Levels: Purchase Executive (2-5 Years): Candidates inthis range should have a solid understanding of procurementprocesses within the fabrication industry, with 2-5 years ofrelevant experience.
