    Position: Sr.CSE (Senior Customer Service Executive)

    Qualification: H.S.C + 6 months of any experience or more

    Graduate Freshers

    Age Criteria: 19 to 50

    Job Description

    • Voice process (Inbound )
    • Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues
    • Reply to customers and address their concerns
    • Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues
    • Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
    • Good career growth.

    Salary- Up To 23k Take Home + night shift allowance + Incentives*

    Communication Skills should be Excellent to get hired in Leading BPO

    Job Location: Pune (Kharadi)

    Working Days: 5. Cab facility available.
