- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language (Hindi)
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Graduates with a passion for sales and customer service are preferred
- Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
- Generate sales leads through cold calling and customer interaction
- Provide excellent customer assistance and address inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved
