    Responsibilities:

    FinancialManagement:

    Manage thecompanys financial transactions including accounts payableaccounts
    receivable andpayroll.
    Oversee the preparationand analysis of financial reports statements andprojections.
    Ensure compliancewith accounting standards regulations and companypolicies.

    Budgetingand Forecasting:

    Develop and maintain the annual budget in collaboration withdepartment heads.
    Monitor budgetperformance and provide regular reports tomanagement.
    Assist in financialforecasting to support strategicplanning.

    CashFlow Management:

    Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are availableforoperational
    needs.
    Implement effective strategies to optimize cash flow and workingcapital.

    TaxCompliance:
    Coordinate withexternal tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely filing oftax
    returns.
    Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessaryadjustments.

    FinancialAnalysis:
    Conduct financialanalysis to identify trends variances and areas forimprovement.
    Provide insights andrecommendations to support decisionmakingprocesses.

    Auditand Compliance:

    Collaborate with auditors to facilitate annual audits and addressany audit findings.
    Ensurecompliance with all relevant financial regulations and reportingrequirements.

    TeamCollaboration:
    Work closely withother departments to gather financial information and supporttheir
    financialneeds.
    Provide guidance andtraining to junior accountingstaff.

    Requirements


    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a relatedfield.
    Proven experience as anAccounts Manager or similar role in a rigging orrelated
    industry.
    Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financialregulations.
    Proficiency inaccounting software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
    Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
    Strongattention to detail and accuracy.
    Effective communication and interpersonalskills.
    Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in ateam.
