Job summary
We are looking for an Operations Manager who lives and breathes spreadsheets settlement cycles and data integrity.Responsibilities
- Transaction Reconciliation: Perform daily weekly and monthly reconciliation of transactions between our internal systems Bank statements and Nodal accounts.
- MIS Reporting: Design and maintain automated dashboards to track key metrics GCV Gross Contract Value Active vs Inactive terminals MDR margins and Churn rates.
