    Position Overview:


    As the Senior Technical Delivery Manager for Windows, AWS, and Azure Infrastructure Support, you will leverage your extensive 15+ years of hands-on technical experience to lead the successful delivery of services related to Windows Server management, end-user computing, infrastructure security, AWS cloud technologies, and Azure cloud technologies.

    This role requires a seasoned professional who not only possesses deep technical expertise but is also adept at managing large teams.


    Responsibilities:

    Technical Leadership:

    • Provide handson technical leadership, demonstrating proficiency in Windows Server management, enduser computing, infrastructure security, AWS, and Azure cloud technologies.
    • Work closely with the technical team to guide and contribute to the implementation of complex Windows, AWS, and Azure infrastructure solutions.

    Windows Infrastructure Management:

    • Oversee endtoend Windows infrastructure management, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability for both servers and enduser devices.
    • Implement and enforce best practices for Windows Server configurations, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and enduser computing environments.

    AWS and Azure Infrastructure Management:

    • Lead projects involving AWS and Azure cloud technologies, including AWS EC2, S3, AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and other related services.
    • Ensure seamless integration of onpremises Windows infrastructure with AWS and Azure cloud solutions.

    Project Management:

    • Lead projects related to Windows, AWS, and Azure infrastructure and cloud support services, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand complex infrastructure requirements and provide strategic technical solutions.

    Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of seasoned Windows, AWS, and Azure infrastructure and cloud support professionals, both onsite and offshore.
    • Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and handson technical development.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their intricate Windows, AWS, and Azure infrastructure and cloud support needs.
    • Provide regular, transparent updates on project status, issues, and resolutions to maintain and strengthen client relationships.

    Resource Management:

    • Efficiently allocate and manage onsite and offshore resources to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, and project success.
    • Monitor and analyze resource utilization, identifying areas for enhancement and improvement.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Implement and enforce rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of reliable, secure, and highperformance Windows, AWS, and Azure infrastructure and cloud support services.
    • Proactively address and resolve any servicerelated challenges to exceed client expectations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven and extensive experience (15+ years) in a Senior Technical Delivery Manager role within the IT services industry, specifically in Windows, AWS, and Azure infrastructure and cloud support.
    • Handson technical proficiency in Windows Server management, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, enduser computing, AWS, and Azure cloud technologies.
    • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of consistently delivering successful projects in diverse cloud environments.
    • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams and clients.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing both onsite and offshore resources.
