Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, Python, and JSON formats, with extensive experience in extracting and organizing data from databases. The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing comprehensive dashboards in Google Sheets and Power BI to present insights that drive business decisions. A solid understanding of descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics techniques is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex data in an understandable way.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data queries and conduct complex data analysis using SQL.
• Develop scripts and algorithms using Python to streamline data processing and analysis.
• Extract and manipulate large datasets from various databases and integrate them into a coherent data structure.
• Create dynamic and visually appealing dashboards in Google Sheets and Power BI to represent data insights effectively.
• Understand and apply JSON formats for data integration and automation processes.
• Employ descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Present analytical findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver on those requirements effectively.
• Maintain a clear documentation process for analytics methods and data reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with JSON and other data interchange formats.
• Expertise in developing and managing dashboards in Google Sheets and Power BI.
• Knowledge of descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate insights to various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
