    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for an Accountant at Career Banega HR Solutions. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and maintaining financial reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The Accountant will also work closely with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

    Qualifications
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
    • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
