    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Train new joiners and existing counselors (Tele-counselors, Team Leaders, Managers) from a business benefit perspective to increase productivity
    • Analyze and propose training solutions on the basis of a business plan revolving around sales
    • Create domain and best industry practice documents and share best practices with the Tele-Sales/ Business Development team
    • Conduct a skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
    • Be a part of process enhancement and adherence in the training team
    • Record training videos and create domain/product-specific training content
    • Work with Team Leaders and Managers to understand gaps and expectations from training sessions and deliver sessions accordingly
    • Maintain and publish batch reports on a daily/weekly and monthly basis
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand improvement areas and develop action plan/s to train them on processes and updates.

    Skills Required

    • A high degree of self-motivation and a strong orientation toward teamwork
    • Ability to design modules and identify better means to make the counselors learn and improve by driving the training plan
    • Excellent time management and effective prioritization
    • Excellent business communication skills
    • Intermediate skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Presentations
    • Able to effectively communicate and train people from different cultures
    • Well Versed with Hindi and English. Written and Verbal

    Pre-requisites

    • Must have 5 Years of experience in training large sales teams. (ED-Tech Industry preferred)
    • Strong skills for conducting webinars
    • Should be aware of sales and business development processes.
    • Certified Trainer is an added advantage.
