    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    AI Architecture & Development

    • Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
    • Architect agent-based systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and similar tools.
    • Build multi-agent workflows for task planning, tool integration, orchestration, memory management, and execution.
    • Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases like Qdrant, LlamaIndex, PGVector, and hybrid search approaches.

    Backend & Real-Time Systems

    • Implement real-time AI systems using FastAPI, Kafka, WebSockets, Redis, and streaming architectures.
    • Integrate diverse data sources (PDFs, Docs, PPTs, Excel, databases) into intelligent document processing pipelines.
    • Build AI-powered features such as conversational bots, CV scoring systems, JD generators, research automation tools, and enterprise chatbots.

    Cloud & Deployment

    • Deploy, manage, and monitor AI services on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) using containerized services (Docker).
    • Ensure scalability, latency optimization, and robust operational performance of GenAI systems.

    Collaboration & Frameworks

    • Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
    • Contribute to building internal AI frameworks, accelerators, and reusable components.
