Job Summary
This role involves leading and overseeing collections across all secured lending products for branches and partnership locations, building a central monitoring system to track overdue cases, and working closely with sales teams to ensure timely escalations.

- Build a central monitoring and early warning system to track overdue cases, NACH presentations, and repayment trends across products and geographies.

Deep understanding of Maharashtra markets customer profiles local business ecosystems., Fluency in Marathi Hindi is essential; working knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage Tech-savvy data-driven familiarity collection systems dashboards digital reminder tools., Hands-on approach comfortable strategic reviews on-ground escalations Entrepreneurial mindset able build processes teams fast-growing NBFC environment.
