Position Summary:

A techno-functional consultant in Tibco Business Events (BE) and Business Works (BW) plays a hybrid role that combines technical and functional responsibilities. This role involves working with Tibco's suite of products to design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions for business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Tibco BE/BW suite of products, including BusinessEvents, BusinessWorks, and ActiveMatrix.
• Solution Development: Configure Tibco BE/BW applications based on business requirements. Develop custom components and adapters when necessary.
• Integration Solutions: Implement integration solutions using Tibco BE/BW with other systems and applications within the enterprise architecture.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience working as a Tibco BE/BW Techno-functional Consultant or similar role.
• Certifications: Certifications such as Tibco Certified Professional (TCP) or equivalent are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
