Packaging- Technical Trainee - Recycling X) Description

Operate recycling machines and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Handle and process waste materials, including plastic films, paper, and other recyclable materials, using the recycling machine.

Monitor the quality of recycled materials, ensuring they meet established quality standards and specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the recycling machine to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

Identify and resolve issues or malfunctions in the recycling machine, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the maintenance team.

Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety procedures during machine operation and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production output, and material processing for reporting and documentation purposes.

Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to coordinate recycling activities and support overall plant operations.
