    Role:
    Chief Financial Officer


    Roles & Responsibility:

    • Financial Control: Implement and maintain robust financial control systems, including group reporting, treasury management, risk management, audits, and tax compliance.
    • Corporate Finance: Optimize balance sheet structure, manage foreign exchange, and facilitate funding and venture capital raising activities.
    • Financial Strategy: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization aligned with the Group's longterm strategy.
    • Risk Management: Develop and implement organizational risk frameworks, both strategic and financial.

    Financial Leadership:
    Collaborate with the CEO and business unit leaders to develop strategic financial direction and annual operating plans.

    Oversee financial controls, internal audit, and financial reporting.

    • Board Reporting: Keep the Board informed of the Group's financial position, development, and key performance indicators.
    • Team Management: Lead, coach, and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective training and succession planning.
    • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with investors, lenders, regulators, and other stakeholders, providing transparent financial insights and fostering trust and confidence.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards related to real estate transactions, investments, and financial reporting.

    Expertise In:

    • Driving the company's financial planning, Accounting standards
    • Performing risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments
    • Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
    • Knowlege of legal agreements and commercials
    • Responsible for internal & external audit with zero deviation in books writing & keeping
    • Handling forex funds
    • Knowledge of import
    • Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
    • Responsible for all finance related MIS

    Preferred candidate profile:

    • Proven experience as CFO
    • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
    • Strong knowledge of market & catchment.
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
    • High level of ownership.
    • Must be from sportswear background.
