Job Description

We are seeking an experienced accountant for our client, a garment manufacturing company, in Hyderabad. The candidate should be well versed in bookkeeping in tally, and preparing all the necessary financial statements.

Key responsibilities:

• Enter daily sales, purchases, and other expenses in the tally.
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement, invoices, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and other financial documents.
• Ensure that a company complies with all the government rules and regulations like TDS, GST, etc.
• Preparing and sending quotations to the clients.
• Payments follow up with the customers.
• Stock keeping, on a daily basis in tally.
• Job card entries for staff on a daily basis.
• Maintaining the payroll of the employees.
• Assists in audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience as an accountant with a manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of Tally is a must.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a disciplined and methodical approach to duties and responsibilities.
• An individual who likes to take ownership of their responsibilities.
