We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth and expand our client portfolio.
Role OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our web and app development services.
Your primary focus will be to generate leads, negotiate deals, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that exceed client expectations.
LocationDubai, United Arab EmiratesExperience2+ year experience in web/mobile app development company (preferred)
ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements and skills2+ years' prior industry related business development experienceProven experience in business development, marketing, preferably in the technology or web development industry.
Experience in customer supportProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareProficiency in EnglishMarket knowledge (especially in GCC)Communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build reports and presentations.
