Everstage is on the lookout for a talented Visual / Motion Graphic Designer cum editor who

is highly skilled and fast-paced. You would be welcomed to a friendly, inclusive environment

Chennai.

You Should Have

At least 3 years of experience in Motion design.

Fluency with ideation, storyboard, illustration, animation, and editing.

Responsibilities

Partnering with the marketing, Product, HR team members to create video concepts.

Quickly iterating on multiple video solutions and campaign concepts.

Should be able to create high-quality visuals and animation with the latest design trends.

Executing same-day requests while balancing assignments with longer deadlines.

Driving the execution of design and delivering to deadlines in a self-directed manner.

Experience with creating best-in-class mobile, web, and social video assets based on insights and the latest design and technology trends.

Project management, ensuring all elements are delivered on time.

Qualifications

3+ years of consistent experience working in design, motion graphics, editing, and production

Comfortable working in a wide range of aesthetic styles, in both 2D and 3D.

A passion for motion graphics and awareness of the latest plugins, software, and techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

A refined sense of motion and animation particularly relating to typography and illustration.

Passion for creating a breakthrough visual and creative campaign.

Knowledge and awareness of current design trends and the ability to work within brand guidelines.

Proficient in character rigging and animation.

Willingness to lean in and receive constructive feedback.

BA in Graphic Design/communications or equivalent is preferred.

After Effects including key 3rd party plugins

Adobe CC suite - proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator in particular, Cinema 4D/ Blender (added advantage)
