    Position:
    Business Development Manager.

    Skills set you need to be eligible with:

    • Strong decision-making and customer-convincing capabilities to provide high-level service.
    • Excellent customer service skills,target & deadlines achieved.
    • Familiarity with the Market Knowledge of Real Estate.
    • Experience in Inventory generation and management.
    • Carrying excellent skills at building connections and Age: 27 and above.

    Gender:
    Male.

    Experience: 3 years in sales (real estate).


    Minimum Qualifications:
    MBA in Sales and Marketing.


    Base location:
    Noida.

    Own Conveyance is a must.

    • Market knowledge.
    • Team Management and training Skills.
    • Negotiation skills.
    • High Connectionbuilding and networking skills.
    • Tracking and monitoring the daily activities of the sales team.
    • Preparing sales report.
