Responsibilities

plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.

Maintain & Arrange the stock with proper location

Maintain inward record manually as well as in system

A. Purchase inward

B. Processed material inward

Maintain outward record,

A. Issue for project

B. Supply to customer

C. Out for processing

Every end of the months gives the Available stock statement to the management.

ERP Entries, ie. GRN, Op Stock

Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed

Maintain outsource record (making challan with In/Out stamp)
