    Description

    Solution Architect (Presales-EUC)

    Job location: Noida/Chennai/Bangalore

    12+ Years of proven experience in solutioning and supporting enterprise customers.

    Job description:

    • Coordinate & Lead Technical discussions with IT Executives, IT SMEs, and End Users during (as appropriate):
    • Solution Defense & Business Case Presentations
    • Tool Capability and Enhancement Demos
    • Due Diligence, Planning & Design
    • Security Review, System Testing
    • UAT and Deployment
    • Post Deployment Hyper-Care
    • Value Realization & ROI discussions
    • Take end to end technical accountability for all Digital Workplace(DWP) products that gets deployed for Clients
    • Create and validate the solution design and technical architecture for DWP tools
    • Presales discussion with BoM & Solution Defense Sign off with Customer
    • Provide sizing, BOM and send financials to BFC for approval
    • BAFO(Best and final offer) concurrence with Risks identified
    • Validate SoW/MSA before deal Sign-Off
    • Document infrastructure and technical requirements
    • Create the technical task lists, sequence them, and identify associated efforts
    • Document any associated risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies in deployment
    • Perform Ticketing Analysis to identify Automation use cases to drive value realization with tools
    • Validate the overall timelines, key outcomes, and critical success factors
    • Develop and update artifacts for Security Compliance review processes and compliance
    • Adjust the solution, technical design, and activities according to customer calibration and discussions
    • Formalized User Acceptance Testing sessions including remediation to technical design if required
    • Configure and deploy the various DWP tools in customer environment and ensure they are successful
    • Continue to review the ongoing deployment progress and ensure the compliance to program timelines
    • Ensure the successful handover to operations / steady team post deployment hyper-care period
    • Create custom dashboard, reports, and presentations for executive reviews
    • Handle any technical escalations associated with deployed Technical Leads / SMEs in various projects
    • Resolve technical, configuration, deployment, and enhancement issues associated with various technologies
    • Continue to enhance own learnings and skills to handle additional / new tools in the scope
    • Mentor, train and coach new resource(s) in the team on ongoing basis

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Must have excellent communication (written and conversation skills in English language)
    • 12+ Years of proven experience in solutioning and supporting enterprise customers
    • Must have following degrees / certifications
    • Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Engineering or any equivalent)
    • MCP or above, ITIL v3 and above
    • Additional desirable experience / certifications are:
    • Handling Complex DWP Tools transformation projects
    • Managing Operations / Service Delivery for DWP accounts
    • Additional Project Management (Agile / Scrum / PMP / Prince2)

    Preferred Skills

    • Hands-On Experience on following technologies is preferred:
    • Windows OS: Clients and Servers
    • Active Directory, Exchange and O365
    • Software Distribution Tools like SCCM
    • RDP connectivity like Bomgar (Secure Remote Access)
    • Office365 Suite: MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS Visio
    • ITSM tools like ServiceNow & Remedy etc.
    • Basic understanding of cloud, server, and networking concepts
    • Experience in writing the scripts such as VB Script, PowerShell, Python along with good knowledge and understanding on programming concepts.
    • understating and experience on:
    • Messaging Communications – SFB, MS Teams, Google Hangout and Federation
    • certificates & databases – MS SQL(preferred)
