    Job description :
    • Ensuring that all documents submitted to the court are filed accurately and in compliance with court rules and procedures.
    • Entering information from legal documents into the courts electronic filing system or case management database.
    • Retrieving requested documents from court archives or electronic databases for judges, attorneys, or other court personnel.
    • Reviewing legal documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with court requirements.
    • Assisting in the management of case files, including organizing documents, tracking deadlines, and updating case status information.
    • Providing assistance to attorneys, litigants, and the public regarding court procedures, document requirements, and case information.
    • Assisting during court proceedings by providing requested documents, managing exhibits, and operating audiovisual equipment.
    • Maintaining accurate records of all documents filed with the court and ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Conducting research to locate relevant laws, regulations, or precedent cases as requested by judges or attorneys
