Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of mobile app development projects, from initiation to completion. This individual will work closely with our clients, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple mobile app development projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to effectively manage resources and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and take corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to clients and internal teams on a regular basis.
• Conduct regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-mortem reviews.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project expenses, budget utilization, and resource allocation; provide timely reports to management.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience 2+ as a Project Manager in the software development industry, preferably with a focus on mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with mobile app development technologies and platforms (iOS, Android, React Native, etc.) is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
