- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase visibility of our website
- Analyze website analytics and metrics, and use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop, maintain the UI & UX of the website
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation and audience engagement strategies, to build brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
- Aid in planning of performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, and display advertising, to drive conversions and meet business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new technologies and tactics to improve campaign performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, their web analytics tools, and CMS websites like WordPress and/or Shopify
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
