    Description
    Manager - Digital Marketing


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and conversion.

    • Conduct indepth market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audiences and optimize campaign targeting.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including creative, content, and data analytics, to create compelling and optimized marketing assets.
    • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
    • Analyze key performance metrics, such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV), to measure campaign effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.
    • Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics) to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
    • Prepare and present performance marketing reports to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance on strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Foster collaboration, provide feedback, and promote professional development within the team.
    • Drive performance marketing campaigns within allocated budgets, optimize spending to achieve desired results, and analyze campaign performance to ensure positive return on investment (ROI).
    • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leverage datadriven insights to identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize results.

    Preference & Experience :

    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
    • Experience working on major digital marketing platforms like AdWords, Facebook, MMPs & tracking platforms. Knowledge of research tools such as SEMRUSH etc.
    • Experience in the executing mobile and web marketing campaigns and reporting
    • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in an Internet firm or Mobile App marketing companies would be a good to have
    • Real Estate domain experience will be having advantage.
    • 6 working days(Tuesday Sunday)
