    Mainresponsibilities:

    The overallpurpose and main responsibilities are listedbelow:

    To create specialized content with limitedsupervision; support endtoend publication/medical education contentdevelopment process including documentation and approval inPromoMats/Datavision/MATRIX; develop and maintain therapeutic areaexpertise; work in close collaboration with peers/team to developbest practices; and collaborate effectively withstakeholders

    People: (1) Maintain effectiverelationship with the end stakeholders (medical scientificcommunity) within the allocated Global Business Unit and productwith an end objective to develop education and communicationcontent as per requirement; (2) Interact effectively with healthcare professionals on publication content; and (3) Constantlyassist other writers in developing knowledge and sharingexpertise

    Performance: (1) Providepublication/medical education material (slide deck abstract postermanuscript etc.) as per agreed timelines and quality and (2)Provide strategic support with individuals and institutions whichmay serve as resources for publications purpose

    Process: (1) Develop complex publication/medical educationmaterial; (2) Support medical communication and develop subjectmatter expertise for the assigned therapeutic area; (3) Assist theassigned scientific communication team in conducting comprehensivepublicationneed analysis; (4) Implement relevant element ofpublication plan and associated activities for the year identifiedfor the region; (5) Work with selected vendors within the region todeliver the required deliverables as per defined process; and (6)Design an overall plan of action based on enduser feedback andimprove course content and delivery

    Stakeholder:(1) Work closely with scientific communication teams inregions/areas to identify publication need and assist in developingassigned deliverables and (2) Liaise with Product Managers MSLsmedical department to prepare relevant and customizeddeliverables

    AboutYou

    Experience: 2 years ofexperience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcareindustry or academia

    Soft skills: Stakeholdermanagement; communication skills; and ability to work independentlyand within a team environment

    Technical skills:As applicable (including but not limited to therapeutic area/domainknowledge exposure; publication submission; and/or projectmanagement)

    Education: Advanced degree in lifesciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medicaldegree

    Languages: Excellent knowledge of Englishlanguage (spoken and written)
