    Description

    Purpose of the position:

    1. Responsible for Plant Maintenance activities and predictive maintenance and support Kaizen activities of the plant.

    2. Complete Plant Maintenance activities in Shifts and up keep of assets

    Essential duties:-

    1. SKU Compliance (M&E Controllable) in all lines
    2. Volume compliance (M&E Controllable) in all lines with special attention to specific products
    3. Support NPD commercial production
    4. Implementation of best kaizens per quarter to be implemented
    5. SRM compliance to be greater than the percentage agreed for the products
    6. JH implementation as per road map & Tag closure compliance as per agreed norms
    7. Ensure compliance to Targeted Breakdown hours, preventive maintenance and OEE
    8. PM schedule adherences as per the road map plan
    9. Safety mitigation, machine compliance
    10. Responsible for Electrical /Mechanical/Utility up keeps in shifts

    Job Requirements:


    • Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical & Electrical


    • Candidates with 5 years of experience in confectionery, beverages, Snacks or bakery background.


    • A good understanding and experience of a broad range of market research methodologies and an awareness of industry best practice in quantitative and qualitative research.


    • Strong consultative, diagnostic and communication skills, able to lead and influence across all levels and functions with actionable insights.


    • Excellent interpersonal skills, at all levels and across disciplines within the business, ability to inspire with actionable insights.


    • An ability to challenge methodologies and influence key people within the organization.


    • Experience of managing quantitative tracking projects and the ability to convert data in actionable management information.


    • Able to cope with high fluctuations in demand, and to work under pressure.


    • Excellent analytical and presentational skills.


    • Passion to succeed and make a difference.


    • Energetic and self-motivated


    • Ability to be constructively challenging


    • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
