    One of our prestigious clients inKingdom of Saudi Arabiais looking tohire a Engineer Mechanical II who willbe responsible for but not limitedto:


    KeyAccountabilities:

    • Ensuredesign deliverables are prepared with meticulous consideration forapplicable codes and standards.
    • Preparespecifications conduct technical evaluations review supplierdocumentation and expedite withsuppliers.
    • Apply mechanical and HVACengineering principles techniques procedures and criteria forshipbuilding designs through thoroughcalculations.
    • Interface with other departmentsto incorporate the most uptodate input applicable to thedesigns.
    • Maintain the required technicalquality of work in all deliverables.
    • Identifyscope and schedule changes in accordance with the Change ControlProcess.
    • Ensure that designs comply withrelevant codes standards regulations andprocedures.
    • Attend and contribute to factoryinspection reports.
    • Monitor and ensureadherence to the scheduled completion of engineeringdocuments.
    • Capture all changes/modifications inthe deliverables initiated by the project prior to theirrelease.
    • Ensure appropriate checking and reviewof all documents and drawings before release at any revisionstatus.
    • Attend project review meetings andactively participate.
    • Coordinate with otherengineering disciplines customers andsuppliers.
    • Ensure supplier documentation isreceived on time to facilitate projecttimelines.
    • Maintain control of the quality ofengineering documents based on quality assurancecriteria.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE policiesand procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with allapplicable information security policies andprocedures.
    • Take responsibility for changemanagement and identify risks related to assignedactivities.
    • Propose design improvements andshare lessons learned for continuousimprovement.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • at least 3 9years in the engineering design department of any offshoreshipbuilding or shipbuildingindustry.
    • Experience as an EPC contractorand/or consultant ispreferred.
