Electrical Construction Engineer - New Delhi, India - EPC Partners

Description

* Applicants must be willing to be relocated. Project location is in Mombasa, Kenya (220kV Transmission Line and Associated Substations project)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
2. Must have a valid engineering license in the country of origin or residence.
3. Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in electrical power distribution/plant or similar projects.
4. Completed at least one project working as an Electrical Construction Engineer or in a similar position in the last five (5) years.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the electrical construction activities for the Transmission Line and Associated Substations project.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
3. Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety of construction activities.
5. Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
6. Develop and maintain documentation such as progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
