    We have an immediate opening for an Account Director to join our team in Mumbai. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to build and grow and maintain relationships with top clients across India, and lead and manage project teams across various clients. As an experienced industry professional, you will advance the growth of FH and also be responsible for brand communications objectives that embrace the client's strategy and positioning.

    The opportunity:

    This position provides a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, passionate, and seasoned professional to work on corporate reputation, issues management, advocacy and media relations, and innovative, integrated communications programs for clients, grow the business in the related sectors.

    Responsibilities:

    · This role would serve as practice lead for India and serve as a key member of Fleishman-Hillard's global BFSI/B2B Tech/Corporate practice.

    · Help to grow and manage a profitable BFSI/B2B Tech/Corporate practice group, forecasting revenue and expenses accurately. This includes managing budgets and key engagements for an established and well-known client base and making decisions that ensure the practice runs effectively and efficiently.

    · Act as a senior, strategic counselor for clients. Develop and present plans for integrated communications campaigns around BFSI/B2B Tech/Corporate issues and products that reach diverse stakeholders including internal and external audiences such as medical professionals, healthcare executives, advocacy groups, policy influencers and consumers.

    · Raise the profile FH's BFSI/B2B Tech/Corporate practice through business development and marketing efforts, and by leveraging the deep expertise that currently exists within the team to pursue the significant opportunities that exist across India and in the regional and global marketplaces.

    · Drive communications campaigns with media - tapping on the collective traditional and social media relationships of the team, as well as relationships with third-party influencers and their own relationships.

    Key Qualifications:

    · 8 to 10 years of experience in BFSI/B2B Tech/Corporate communications, with a deep background developing and executing public relations and corporate reputation programs, including corporate positioning, media relations and executive communications. Agency experience is preferred.

    · Superior creative writing skills, with experience translating complex science issues into consumer-friendly campaigns, messages and materials, and the ability to develop and edit high-quality communications plans, position papers, fact sheets, news and online media materials, bylined articles, trend analysis summaries, executive correspondence, and presentations.

    · Ability to engage with and counsel senior level decision-makers across the client's business and deliver connective insights to assist clients in driving alignment and execution of cross-company initiatives. Candidate should have experience building cross-border relationships and working with diverse stakeholders effectively.

    · Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver – gets things moving and keeps them on track. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.

    · Good interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate multiple stakeholders diplomatically and maintain composure and quality under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A strong team orientation is critical based on the collaborative culture of the FH network.
