Job Description
The Workday Integration Production support Analyst is a member of the IT team and is primarily responsible for the support of Workday integrations across business systems. You will be a technical analyst, evaluating existing systems to provide solutions utilizing services, workflows, and tools that align to enterprise strategies and adhere to architectural principles and best practices.
This position includes support using best practices for business operation and ensuring the system's availability and functionality across the system.
Maintain and update technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review design, and define functional specifications
Assist Workday Support Team and Business with the research, planning and testing of major Workday System upgrades and miscellaneous updates
Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any configuration under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality
Monitor and configure current Business Processes.
Keep up with market trends and tool innovations and investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing automation
Gather requirements, analyzes, creates design documents, and performs impact analysis for application changes.
Skills Required
3+ years of experience in Workday Integration technologies (Workday Studio, EIB, Document Transform, Core Connectors) Expertise in data transformation languages including XSLT, XTT/ETV Knowledge of Workday Web Services, XSLT, SOAP, REST and WSDL using Workday studio Must have an experience in PECI Expertise in building reports using Report Writer preferred Workday module certifications preferred Functional knowledge of the Workday modules, HCM, Financials and Supply Chain preferred Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, detail-oriented and customer service focus skills Demonstrated ability to take a creative and resourceful approach to solving problems
