    Project Manager - PMO

    Project Manager to join as PMO (Project Management Office) team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the NBFC standards and Manage technical projects from initiation to closure, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities.


    • Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
    • Identify project risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize the impact on project outcomes.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and project team members.
    • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
    • Manage project change requests and scope changes, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business/sales, operations, strategy, IT developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
    • Ensure compliance with the NBFC/credit/lending project management methodology and standards.
    • Mentor and coach project team members to improve their project management skills
    • Prepares documents for Operation Risk Committee and Steering Committees for decision on process finalization, cost approvals and product launches
    • Reviews use cases and other technical documents with IT project staff to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents

    Specific skill set:

    • Banking / NBFC exposure or Payment services exposure, coupled with proven experience as a Project Manager
    • Process and process knowledge on credit/lending business
    • Understanding of User Journey and Platform Integrations
    • Well Versed with RBI regulations, Compliance requirement
    • Knowledge of End of End Process with respect to the Life Cycle Management of lending business/Credit business
    • Experience in Digitalization of the Manual process and migrate the manual process into digital process/Platforms
    • Understanding of lending onboarding process and disbursal process
    • Understanding of KYC Processes involved in lending/credit
    • Awareness of including latest digital technology specially on digital onboarding platforms and understanding of working of web services or API based messages preferred
    • Should have hands on experience of User Acceptance Testing and ability of leading testing teams on scripting and review of logs etc.
    • Knowledge on JIRA boards/Confluence and other project management tools preferred
    • PMP Certification is an added advantage.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Engineering, MBA/CA/CS is a plus
    • At least 68 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
    • PMP or other project management certification/Project Management Advanced Degree is a plus
    • Have strong knowledge on API Management and SDK/API based integrations
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Analytical skills and problemsolving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project
