    Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor processes to ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets.
  • Develop and optimize operations within allocated budgets for tools, materials, and expenses.
  • Support new projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations (., security, medical clinic, cafeteria, human resources).
  • Maintain electronic records and provide timely reports on turnover, production, attendance, and discipline control.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address training needs for personnel and the production area.
  • Plan and execute shifts efficiently by coordinating resources and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001).
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to minimize disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) exercises.
  • Coach production associates on lean techniques/tools and facilitate lean events.
  • Maintain and execute a continuous improvement (Kaizen) action list.
  • Lead problem-solving analyses (., 5 Whys, 4 Steps, 8Ds) and tactical implementation plans (TIP).
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and ensure alignment with SIOP plans.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating accountability for improving shopfloor operations.
  • Maintain and update the skill matrix for production associates.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Background & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production).
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in automotive or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) is preferred.
  • Experience in deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & Total Quality Management (TQM).
