- Monitor processes to ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets.
- Develop and optimize operations within allocated budgets for tools, materials, and expenses.
- Support new projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations (., security, medical clinic, cafeteria, human resources).
- Maintain electronic records and provide timely reports on turnover, production, attendance, and discipline control.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address training needs for personnel and the production area.
- Plan and execute shifts efficiently by coordinating resources and materials.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001).
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to minimize disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) exercises.
- Coach production associates on lean techniques/tools and facilitate lean events.
- Maintain and execute a continuous improvement (Kaizen) action list.
- Lead problem-solving analyses (., 5 Whys, 4 Steps, 8Ds) and tactical implementation plans (TIP).
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and ensure alignment with SIOP plans.
- Lead by example, demonstrating accountability for improving shopfloor operations.
- Maintain and update the skill matrix for production associates.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Facilitate the professional development of production team members
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production).
- 6 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in automotive or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) is preferred.
- Experience in deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & Total Quality Management (TQM).
