Additional Responsibilities: 1.3-4 years' relevant experience in working on infrastructure operations for MNC's with minimum 1000 end users.2.Experience in managing multiple Active Directories, Anti-Virus Servers, Workspace One, MDT servers, Hyper-V, VMWare, IIS etc...3.Active working knowledge of Windows, networking, storage, firewalls, security practices and certifications like MCSE, CCNA, ITIL processes etc...4.Excellent customer facing capabilities, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills5.Day to day management of infrastructure operations in Infosys data centres6.PC, Email Exchange, IT Operations & Security, including Service Desk7.24/7 support exposure preferred.
