- Handling Audits
- Managing Voice of Customer & NPS
- Having an understanding of Sales Process and After Sales Process in the Automotive Industry
- Maintaining Dealer relationships
- Reporting to the senior management
- Networking and negotiation skills
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
