Job Summary
This is a Business Development profile (70 percent) requiring someone who has mandatorily worked in a Human Resource Consulting Firm. The role requires business generation/client cold calls and backend operations.Compensation: Rs.17,000–20,000 per month.
Business development incentive: 5% of the profit of the entire project or hiring (in case of recruitment).
- Must have skill sets – You must have worked for at least 2-7 years in an HR consulting firm.
- You have robust networking among professionals and are capable of generating business.
- You are fluent in spoken English and have dealt with CEOs/CTOs/CFOs before for business development phone calls.
- You are hands-on/thoroughly fluent in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft PowerPoint Word, and must conduct presentations to team meetings on Zoom and/or Google Meet.
