    Description

    Context to the role :

    • Support CSR donor entities and Tata Power Community Development Trust (TPCDT) in annual planning & budgeting, programme dashboards management, agreements with project partners, monitoring and reporting
    • Anchor ERM system and SOA based working for budgets upload, MIS management and allied needs of JVs & subsidiaries.

    Skills :

    • Capable to build & manage multiple relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Logical and analytical thinking
    • Strong in written and oral communications, agreementsmanagement, compliances and project management skills
    • Wellversed with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)

    Key Deliverables:

    • TPCDT Trustees Board related proceedings management & compliance w.r.t. accounting, taxation and financial statements for TPCDT
    • Anchor grant lifecycle management, agreements, reporting & support for over 13 entities who donate to TPCDT
    • Monitor TPCDT funds & banking processes, corpus investments, desired liquidity for programme needs, board minutes & documentation
    • Internal & external reporting and audit management
    • Legal compliances management through Legatrix
    • Support for CSR annual planning & budgeting
    • Prepare TPCDT Annual report, quarterly project reports and updates required for donors

    Compliance management:

    • Charity Commissioner Office
    • Trustee change reports, annual accounts submission, budget filing & other compliances w.r.t assets register, Trustees board


    • Taxation

    • TDS payments, returns and issue of form 16A; filing for TDS exemption, income tax returns, income tax assessment for TPCDT
    • Compliance support for CSR Donors
    • Board annexures, reconciliation of spends for annual reporting and CSR form 1, 2, 3 and CFO certificates coordination in synchronization with Company Secretaries, Finance, CSR & TPCDT teams.
